Ranidd Online Mart
Customer information · Draft for business and legal review
When you create an account, shop or contact support, the service may process account identifiers and email, order and checkout details, recipient name, phone number, delivery address, product selections, payment-reference submissions and support messages. The service also uses technical information needed to operate and protect the website and account sessions.
Ranidd uses this information to operate customer accounts, calculate order totals, coordinate sourcing and delivery, review payment references, respond to support requests, maintain business records, prevent misuse and improve the service. Order and support information is visible only to the customer concerned and authorised staff, subject to the access controls used by the service.
The store records customer-submitted payment method and transaction references for reconciliation. A submitted reference is not proof of payment. Payment verification is performed by authorised Ranidd staff against the relevant provider or receipt record. Do not enter card PINs, passwords, one-time security codes or mobile-money PINs in support messages or payment-reference fields.
Supplier contacts, quoted procurement costs, margins, sourcing records and internal staff notes are business information and are not intended for public customer access. Customers purchase from Ranidd, not from the suppliers listed in the private procurement workspace.
The website uses Supabase for account, database and file-storage services and Cloudflare to deliver the website. Information may be processed by these providers as needed to operate the service. The business should add the final provider terms, retention periods, cross-border transfer disclosures and any analytics/communications services actually enabled before publication.
Order, payment-verification and support records may be retained for legitimate business, security and legal record-keeping. The final retention period, process for access/correction/deletion requests and contact details for privacy requests must be set by Ranidd in accordance with applicable law. Do not publish a specific retention period until the business has approved it.
For privacy questions, contact Ranidd through the contact page and identify your request as a privacy enquiry.
Business action required: This is an operational draft, not a legal review. Confirm the data controller identity, lawful bases, retention schedule, data-subject request process, provider disclosures and applicable jurisdiction before publication as the final privacy notice.
